We have moved to a new and better managed support ticket system. All the old queries from the existing system have been imported to this new system so don't worry about your existing query not being answered. We will get to it as soon as we can!
The new customer service system can be found under Personal -> Helpdesk and you can create a new ticket from there. All subsequent replies can now be made directly from your email instead of having to come back to the site. If you prefer to use the Ticket Manager under Personal -> Helpdesk to reply you may do so.

We have returned to our policy of shipping the bulk of our Canadian orders from the Swedish warehouse. All the usual products will now be shipped from Europe while the US only brands will continue to be shipped from the US.

Due to the way US State taxes are structured, some brands will be taxed higher than others. The brands we recommend from a taxation standpoint are Gotlandssnus, Jakobsson's, Thunder and Offroad. These brands will only cost our US customers a fraction more than they did before.

Today we have a launched an upgrade to our website. It is now possible to order snus direct from our US warehouse. We will be offering customers in the US the ability to order General Snus products and have them shipped from US to the US. This means cheaper shipping and shorter waiting times on selected products! We will also be updating our catalogue so that non US residents can order US brands. We will have more detailed information on this over the next few days while we see how the system copes with the new delivery services. Please contact the helpdesk if you have questions.

We have revised the review approval system to allow comments on the products but no points will be allocated for comments with no review content. All you have to do to get your 5 points is write a little something about why you liked/didn't like the product. We won't allocate points for non reviews but feel free to add comments/questions under the products and make it more interactive.
Most of the reviews we get are really top-notch and we appreciate the effort some of you have gone to into writing lengthy reviews. We will have a little fun with it in the future and put up a "hall of fame" :)
